So many plans to make and you always feel as though you wished you had started planning sooner. Who would have ever thought you should be scoping out potential colleges when you're in the 8th grade?? Sure... that's where our 8th grader's minds are... It's seems as though if you don't have parents obsessing over your future you just might be missing out on a lot more opportunities than you thought. This is sad because there are too many parents that aren't thinking ahead for their children then their children found out on their own how difficult it might be to get into a good college and get funding for it. They offer college prep classes, duel credit and so on, in high school. Is it me or does it seem like our kids are just growing up too fast? Are we wanting our kids to have fun in school or be career minded by the time their in the 8th grade?
